On March 19, 2020, we temporarily interrupted or reduced our services outside of the offices and factories as announced in the previous Bulletin (NB-20-003).  However, over the last few weeks the situation has evolved very quickly and the message from the industry remains positive.

Together we need to do what is possible to address planned summer operations and to prepare for the next ski season! Wherever possible, Doppelmayr Canada/USA is progressively re-starting essential normal services such as inspection programs, lift assessments, NDT, load tests as of April 20, 2020.  These services will be performed under strict rules and established protocols in order to protect our staff and Customers with respect to the health and safety requirements of the States and Provinces (these may adapt according to the different regional rules and regulations).

As we are looking for additional ways to provide flexibility during these uncertain times, we are reaching out to our Customers in order to better understand your needs and adapt our services to minimize the impact of your 2020 maintenance planning.
